A new company, Luscher Technologies has been founded after this asset deal and within next three months the entire operation and organisation of the former Luscher will be transferred into the new company.

Jayant Pardiwala, managing director of Nippon Color, the Indian representative of Luscher, said, “The new company, Luscher Technologies will continue to service and manufacture the former products XPose, MultiDX, XDrum and JetScreen to support the operation of the installed base for all customers globally.”
